循证护理在临床护理带教中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨循证护理在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法:将188名护理专业学生随机分为研究组128名和对照组60名,研究组应用循证护理方法进行临床护理带教,对照组采用常规护理带教模式。结果:研究组护生的学习纪律、学习态度、动手能力、解决问题能力、理论联系实际能力、考核结果均优于对照组(P<0.05),CCTST量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护生所护理的患者对护生的常规操作、服务态度、健康宣教、心理疏导及综合满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理方法可以激发护生的学习积极性,培养护生循证思维与循证实践能力,教学效果显著,值得在临床教学中推广。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing teaching.Methods: 188 nursing students were randomly divided into a study group(n=128) and a control group(n=60).The evidence-based nursing was used in clinical nursing teaching in the study group and traditional nursing teaching mode was used in the control group.Results: The students’ discipline,learning attitude,practical ability,ability to solve problems,the ability to integrate theory with practice and the assessment results were better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05);CCTST score was significantly higher in the study group than the control group(P<0.05);the patients’ contentment with the nursing students’ operation and attitude,health education and psychological intervention were significantly higher in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The evidence-based nursing method can inspire the students’ enthusiasm,cultivate students’ evidence-based thinking and practice ability.
