| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声检查对肝移植术后黄疸病因鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 30例肝移植术后黄疸患者，二维超声观察移植肝回声，彩色多普勒超声显示肝门部血管并测量各项参数。结果 超声诊断肝癌1例，门静脉栓塞1例，胆漏2例，胆管结石2例，18例胆道狭窄伴胆泥形成。超声胆道未见明显异常的6例中，超声提示急性排斥反应3例，移植物失活2例，乙型肝炎变异复发1例，后经超声引导下穿刺诊断。结论 超声在肝移植术后黄疸病因的鉴别诊断中有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the significace of ultrasound in differential diagnosis of jaundice after liver transplantation. Methods The ultrasonic reports of 30 patients with jaundice after liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively, which included echo of liver and biliary tract, the flow in the hepatic artery and portal vein. Results Of 30 cases studied, pylethrombosis was found in 1 case, hepatocellular carcinoma in 1 case,fistula in 2 cases, stenosis in 18 cases and stone in 2 cases. Biliary duct was normal in 6 cases,among which there were 3 cases of acute rejection. Conclusion Ultrasound is of differential diagnosis value in the postoperative jaundice patients after liver transplantation. |
