| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨实施个体化健康教育对脊髓损伤患者生活质量及遵医行为的影响。方法：采取随机分组将49例脊髓损伤患者分为对照组24例和实验组25例。对照组按常规的治疗护理给予指导。对观察组在此基础上对患者及其家属实施个体化健康教育。分别在入院后治疗十二周观察比较两组患者生活质量和遵医嘱行为情况。结果：实验组的生活质量显著的优于对照组的患者，遵医嘱的行为显著提高。结论：实施科学合理个体化健康教育可提高脊髓损伤患者的生活质量和遵医行为，

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of health education on living quality and medical compliance of patients suffering from spinal cord Injury. Methods 49cases of patients suffering from spinal cord injury were divided into the control group （24eases） and the experimental group （25cases）.The control group was conducted with routine instruction of treatment and nursing ,while individualized health education was given to the patients of the experimental group and their relatives based on routine treatment and nursing. The living quality and medical compliance were observed in two groups separately on admission and twelve weeks after treatment. Results The living quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group as well as the medical compliance. Conclusions Scientific and rational individualized health education can improve the living quality and medical compliance of patients suffering from spinal cord injury. |
