摘    要:目的 探讨康复护理对脑卒中功能恢复和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法60例脑卒中患者随机分为康复护理干预组30例和对照组30例。护士早期积极介入于预组患者康复治疗与护理,对照组患者只接受常规护理。对比观察两组患者的神经功能缺损程度和改良Barthel指数。采用临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表和改良Barthel指数评定表对两组患者进行评测。结果一般资料显示性别、脑梗死和脑出血比例等在治疗前,干预组与对照组无显著性差异(P〉0.05),在末评时有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论康复护理对脑卒中功能恢复和日常生活活动能力的提高有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To sudy the effects of rehabilitation nursing on functional restoration and ADL of patients with cerebral stroke.Methods Total 60 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups:rehabilitation nursing intervention group(30 cases) and controlled group(30 cases).Patients in intervention group were given active rehabilitation treatment and nursing by nurses,patients in controlled group were given general nursing.All patients were assessed respectively with the clinical nerve function limitation score(CNS) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI). Results General data indicated that there were no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05) in sex,extent of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage,etc.There were no significant difference between the two groups on CNS scores and MBI scores at first assessment,and there were significant difference at last assessment(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can improve the functional status and ADL of patients with sroke.
