| 摘 要： | 本文概述了核苷类抗病毒药物的研究进展及近几年发现的核苷类新药及其作用机制、开发状态和抗病毒谱,对其中的Alovudine、恩曲他滨(emtricitabine)、阿德福韦(adefovir)、恩替卡韦(entecavir)等作了进一步介绍。
