糖皮质激素诱发肺结核23例

目的：分析肾上腺糖皮质激素与结核病的关系。方法：采用回顾性分析方法。结果：激素诱发肺结核２３例中治愈１５例（６５．２％）,好转６例（２６．１％）,死亡２例（８．７％）。结论：激素诱发结核病很大程度上与激素使用的时间及剂量密切相关。长期应用激素伴发热者应高度怀疑结核病可能。

Analysis of 23 Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis Induced by Corticosteroids

ObjectiveTo analyse the relationship between corticosteroids and tuberculosis.　MethodA retrospective analyse was used.　ResultsAmong the 23 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis, 15 cases (65.2%) were cured, 6 cases (26.1%) improved, but 2 cases (8.7%) died.　ConclusionTo a large extent, tuberculosis induced during using corticosteroids is relevant closely to the duration and doses of this kind of drugs. Patients taking corticosteroids for a long time and following a fever should be inferred suffering from tuberculosis.
