| 摘 要： | 目的研究栀黄巴布剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用醋酸所致小鼠腹膜炎引起疼痛的扭体反应观察栀黄巴布剂的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯所致的小鼠急性炎症、大鼠棉球肉芽肿慢性炎症观察栀黄巴布剂的抗炎作用。结果栀黄巴布剂对实验鼠具有明显的镇痛及抗炎作用,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论栀黄巴布剂具有镇痛、抗炎作用。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the anti- inflammatory and analgesic action of Zhihuang Plaster. METHODS: The analgesic action of Zhihuang Plaster was observed through watching the distortion reaction to pain in mice infected with peritonitis resulted from acetic acid. The anti- inflammatory action of Zhihuang Plaster was observed through examining the acute inflammation of mice with peritonitis induced by Xylene, and chronic inflammation of rats resulted from granulation edema induced by cotton ball. RESULTS: Zhihuang Plaster has marked anti- inflammatory and analgesic action on tested mice and rats, with a significant difference compared with the model group( P<0. 01) . CONCLUSIONS: Zhihuang Plaster has anti- inflammatory and analgesic action. |
