摘    要:本文针对基于压缩感知理论的双能CT不完备数据重建算法,分别提出了提高重建质量和缩短重建用时的优化方案。一方面,可以通过改进迭代过程中步长和角度的选取提高重建质量;另一方面,可以通过采用GPU技术进一步提高重建速度。初步实验结果表明,不同步长和角度的选取将直接影响重建图像质量,使用GPU技术后的重建算法可将完整重建一次的耗时从数十分钟缩短至几秒钟。因此,如能改善这两个优化方向,基于压缩感知理论的双能CT不完备数据重建算法的重建性能将进一步得到提升。

Abstract:Aiming at dual energy CT reeoustruction algorithm from incomplete data based on compressed sensing theory, this paper put fro'ward improvement proposals of reeonstructiou quality and time saving We can improve the reconstruction quality by using changing the steps and angles. Moreover, the reconstruction time can be reduced with GPU technology. The preliminary results demonstrate that choosing different steps and angles can greatly affect the reconstruction quality, and at the same time, the reconstruction time can be reduced from dozens of minutes to a few seconds by using GPU technology. Hence,if we can optimize these two points, a more robust dual energy CT reconstruction algorithm from incomplete data based on compressed sensing will be obtained.
