| 摘 要： | 目的 观察羟基磷灰石(hydmxyapatite，HA)眶骨膜下植入矫正眼窝凹陷及上睑凹陷的效果及安全性。方法 将规格为200μm孔径的内连孔HA板块植入眶骨膜下。对32例(32眼)36处外伤性眶骨畸形以HA进行修复。观察6-18月。平均16月，术后行X线或CT检查。结果 32例中3l例效果满意，未见植入物脱出、移位等并发症。术后1年以上X线片或CT未见植入物的密度、边界及大小的改变。结论 HA是良好的用于眶骨缺损及凹陷畸形的填充物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hydroxyapa ti te(HA) block subperiosteum implantation for correcting traumatic socket sunken Methods 32 cases of traumatic orbital malformation were treaed by porous HA block under orbital periosteum implantation and were followd up fo r 6-18 muoths (averaged 16 months) Postoperative observation included x ray or computer tomography Results There were satisfied results in 31 cases No HA extrusi on,migration was found 1 year after operation,there was no changes in HA's dens ity,size and edge with x ray or CT examinaion Conclusion HA block is a good material in correcting orbital bo ne defect and deformity |
