内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽与心力衰竭严重程度的关系

目的　探讨内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)与充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)严重程度的关系。方法　以 96例CHF患者为研究对象 ,其中心力衰竭Ⅰ度 2 8例 ,心力衰竭Ⅱ度 35例 ,心力衰竭Ⅲ度 33例 ,测定血浆ET和CGRP浓度 ,同时以 35例健康人为对照。结果　研究组较对照组血浆ET浓度及ET CGRP值显著升高 ,血浆CGRP浓度显著下降 ;其中心力衰竭Ⅱ度比心力衰竭Ⅰ度明显 ,心力衰竭Ⅲ度比心力衰竭Ⅱ度明显。结论　ET和CGRP是反映CHF严重程度的有效指标。

To Investigate the Relationship between the Severity of Congestive Heart Failure and Endothelin, Calcitonin Gene-related Peptide

Objective To investigate the relationship between the severity of congestive heart failure(CHF) and endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP).Method ET and CGRP were measured among 96 patients,which in 28 patients cardiac function were first degree heart failure,35 patients were second degree heart failure,33 patients were third degree heart failure,as well as 35 normal controls.Result Plasma ET concentration and the ratio of ET/CGRP were significantly higher in the CHF group than the normal controls.Plasma CGRP concentration was significantly lower in the CHF group.There were also significantly difference between second degree heart failure and first degree heart failure,third degree heart failure and second degree heart failure.Conclusion ET and CGRP are markers reflecting the severtity of CHF.
