摘    要:研究了环孢霉素A(CaA)、环磷酰胺(CTX)及甲基强的松龙(MP)对大鼠单个核细胞(MNL)雄激素受体(AR)及雌激素受体(ER)的影响。结果表明:静注CsA20mg/kg,ER明显降低,3h作用达高峰,持续低水平达8h;而AR无明显影响。静注CaA100mg/kg用CTA和MP使AR、ER均明显降低。而CTX和MP使ER降低,也使AR降低,故CsA免疫抑制作用优于CTX和MP。

Abstract:Effect of Cyclospotin A (CsA), Cyclosphamide (CTX) and Medrol (MP) on estradial receptor (ER) and androgen receptor (AR) of rat peripheral mononuclear leukocytes (MNL) were studied in vivo by radioligand binding assay. The binding capacity of ER and AR was not changed at a concentration of 5mg/kg. When the concentration of CsA was 20mg/kg,the binding capacity of ER decreased by 50% and that of AR was not changed. But both CTX and MP lowered the binding capacity of ER and AR. Combined administration of CsA,CTX and MP decreased by 55% the binding capacity of ER. The findings suggest that CsA may reverse the inhibition of CTX and MP on AR and demonstrates a better therapeutic effect in comparison with CTX and MP.
