祛腐生肌膏治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的实验研究

目的:探讨祛腐生肌膏对慢性皮肤溃疡的治疗效果.方法:在SD大鼠背部埋入一个内径为1cm硅胶管,深达肌筋膜深层形成溃疡.按随机区组法,将大鼠分为模型组(A);模型 复方炉甘石外用散(B);模型 祛腐生肤膏组(C);每组再按敷药持续不同的时间点分3组:4天,7天,11天.结果:祛腐生肌膏对慢性皮肤溃疡的治疗优于复方炉甘石外用散.结论:祛腐生肌膏对慢性皮肤溃疡的治疗有较好的效果.

Experimental Research on Chronic Skin Ulcer Treated with Ointment of Removing Putrefaction and Promoting Tissue Regeneration

Objective: To study the effect of ointment of removing putrefaction and promoting tissue regeneration curing chronic skin ulcer.Methods: On the back of SD rats, embed a 1cm-inner diameter silica gel pipe in the deep layer of myofasciae,and then ulcers were formed.Group rats randomly as divided follows:models(A);models+group of applying the ointment(B);models+compound calamine powder for external application(C).And each group would be divided into four subgroups according to how long the rats were applied medicine:four days,seven days,and eleven days.Results: Ointment of removing putrefaction and promoting tissue regeneration had superiority over compound calamine powder for external application in the effect of curing chronic skin ulcer(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ointment of removing putrefaction and promoting tissue regeneration has relatively better effect in curing chronic skin ulcer.
