经皮椎体成形术在多节段椎体骨折中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨应用经皮椎体成形术在多节段椎体骨折中应用的安全性和疗效。方法:对脊柱椎体压缩性骨折17例患者共37个椎体,采用经皮椎体成形术,填充剂均为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA)骨水泥。结果:17例患者共37个椎体均手术顺利,术后无脊髓神经根受损表现,术后24h疼痛均缓解并可下床活动,未发现骨水泥栓塞等并发症。术后X线片复查示骨折的椎体高度一定程度恢复。结论:经皮椎体成形术应用在多节段椎体骨折中,能微创地同时处理多个病椎,强化椎体,提高患者的生活质量,近期疗效满意。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate percutaneous vertebroplasty in multiple vertebral fractures of the safety and efficacy.Methods:The spinal vertebral compression fractures were 17 cases of 37 patients with vertebral body by percutaneous vertebroplasty, fillers are PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate, PMMA) bone cement.Results:17 patients were 37 vertebrae after operation without spinal cord or nerve root injury and performance, both after 24 hours of pain relief and can get out of bed and found no bone cement embolism.X ray examination after fracture of the vertebral body, a certain degree of recovery.Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty in multiple vertebral fractures, can simultaneously handle multiple minimally invasive vertebral, vertebral body to strengthen and improve the quality of life in patients with recent results are satisfactory.
