| 摘 要： | 作者采用腰椎棘突截骨再植、椎板弓形切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症及腰椎管狭窄症36例，术中解决了暴露椎管与维持脊椎稳定性的矛盾，术后32例随访1年以上，优良率达100％。

| Abstract: | 36 cases of prolapes of lumbar interventebral disc and contracted vertebra were treated with laminectomy of vertebral arch and lumbar spinal process osteot reimplantation. The contradiction of the exposure of the vertebra and the maintenance of the stability of spine was solved in the operations. And after the operations 32 cases were followed up over a year. The superior rate was 100%. |
