摘    要:目的探讨藻糖蛋白单糖组成的测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法和离子色谱法测定单糖组成。结果气相色谱法1不适于藻糖蛋白单糖分析,气相色谱法2较适合藻糖蛋白单糖分析;离子色谱法测得藻糖蛋白含7种单糖。结论两种方法均可用于单糖的定性定量分析,灵敏度高,重现性好。

Abstract:Purpose To compare the determination methods of monosaccharide in spirulina glucoprotein.Methods Gas and ion chromatography was used.Results Method 1 of gas chromatography can′t be used for determination of monosaccharide in spirulina glucoprotein,while method 2 was suitable,and 7 monosaccharides were found in ion chromatography.Conclusion The two methods can both determine the quality and quantity of monosaccharide and both have high sensitivity and repeatability.
