| 摘 要： | 目的建立用RP—HPLC法测定卡托普利缓释胶囊含量的方法。方法采用RP—HPLC法，在220nm波长测定卡托普利缓释胶囊中卡托普利含量。结果以220nm为检测波长，在2．82－11．28μg／ml浓度范围内，卡托普利浓度与峰面积线性良好；日内、日间精密度均小于2％，平均回收率为99．27％，RSD为0．87％。结论RP-HPLC法快速、准确，可以作为卡托普利缓释胶囊的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatograph （RP-HPLC） was established to determinate the content of captopril in sustained-release capsules.Methods The content of captopril in sustained-release capsules was determinated at 220 nm by RP-HPLC.Results The linear range between the concentration and the area was 2.82-11.28 μg/ml,The relative standard deviation of intra-day and inter-day was all less than 2%,The average recovery was 99.27% and RSD was 0.87%.Conclution RP-HPLC was fast, accurate, and could be applied for the determination of captopril sustained-release capsules. |
