高频超声探头引导下心包积液穿刺置管引流的临床应用

目的：探讨高频超声探头引导下心包积液穿刺置管引流的临床应用价值。方法：86例心包积液患者,进行超声检查确定心包积液程度,并设定穿刺路径。采用Seldinger法,在高频超声探头定位引导下,徒手心尖区穿刺置中心静脉导管引流心包积液。结果：86例心包积液患者均穿刺成功,术中超声可以清晰显示穿刺针穿入心包的过程及针尖的位置、导丝在心包腔的行进方向及深度、导管在心包腔的位置等,无严重并发症。结论：在心包积液的诊治中,高频超声探头引导下心包穿刺置管引流术具有实时、准确,安全、有效、并发症少等优点,有较高临床应用价值。
