| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与胎儿生长受限(FGR)之间的关系。方法:收集FGR的孕妇及其新生儿25例和健康孕妇及其新生儿25例,用高效液相色谱法检测血浆中的Hcy水平,酶法检测各组患者的血脂水平,并对Hcy水平与血脂进行相关性分析。结果:FGR孕妇血浆Hcy水平16.27±4.10μmol/L明显高于健康孕妇组8.39±3.73μmol/L(P<0.01),FGR新生儿血浆Hcy水平14.21±4.35μmol/L明显高于健康新生儿组7.42±2.32μmol/L(P<0.01);各组血脂水平(TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C)比较中,除FGR新生儿组与健康新生儿组HDL-C水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其余均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);各组血浆Hcy水平与血脂水平无相关性(P均>0.05);FGR新生儿组的新生儿体重与其Hcy水平为负相关(P<0.05)。结论:高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)可能是FGR发病的危险因子,及早预防和纠正Hhcy可能对减少FGR的发生具有重要意义。
