圆锥铁线莲醇提物治疗大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎的实验研究

摘    要:目的 评价圆锥铁线莲醇提物对实验性大鼠急、慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的药效。方法 分别采用前列腺腹叶注入角叉菜胶溶液和侧叶注入消痔灵注射液,建立大鼠急、慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型,并以前列腺液中白细胞总数和卵磷脂小体密度,前列腺指数,前列腺组织病理变化作为圆锥铁线莲醇提物的药效评价指标。结果 圆锥铁线莲醇提物呈剂量依赖性的升高治疗组前列腺液中卵磷脂小体密度,降低前列腺指数和前列腺液中白细胞数,同时减轻病理切片中前列腺组织炎症细胞浸润与损伤程度。结论 圆锥铁线莲对大鼠急、慢性非细菌性前列腺炎均有较好疗效。

Abstract:ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE Evaluate the effects of experimental treatment of the ethanol extract of Clematis terniflora DC(CTD) on the acute and chronic non-bacterial prostatitis(NBP) in rats. METHODS use the methods of carrageenan and xiaozhiling injected respectively into the ventral and lateral lobes of prostate to establish the acute and chronic non-bacterial prostatitis models in rats. The density of lecithin corpuscles(DLCC) and the white cell count(WC) in prostatic fluid , the prostate index(PI) and the prostatic histopathological examination are used to evaluate the pharmacodynamics of the ethanol extract of CTD. RESULTS The CTD extract can dose-dependent increase the density of DLCC, decreased the prostate index and the number of leukocytes in prostatic fluid, also relieve the degree of the inflammational cell infiltration and lesion in tissues. CONCLUSION Clematis terniflora DC can improve experimental symptoms of the acute and chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
