前列腺癌组织中PTEN、Bcl-2的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨前列腺癌组织中磷酸酶基因(PTEN)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2蛋白(Bcl-2)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测45例前列腺癌组织标本和15例正常前列腺组织标本中PTEN和Bcl-2的表达,并分析其表达与前列腺癌病理分级和临床分期之间的关系。结果 前列腺癌组织中PIEN和Bcl-2的阳性表达率为42.2%、51.1%,分别低于和高于正常组织中的100.0%、20.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。PTEN的表达缺失与前列腺癌病理分级和临床分期呈正相关;Bcl-2的表达与前列腺癌的病理分级呈正相关,而与临床分期无明显相关性。结论 PTEN的低表达和Bcl-2的高表达可能参与前列腺癌的发生、发展及转移。PTEN、Bcl-2可作评估为前列腺癌恶性程度及预后的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN, Bcl-2 in prostate cancer and implication. Methods PTEN, Bcl-2 expression of 45 prostate cancer samples and 15 normal prostate samples was detected by immunohistochemical staining SP method and the relationship Between expression levels of PTEN and Bcl-2 and pathological grades and clinic stages of prostate cancer was analyzed. Results The positive ratios of PTEN and Bcl-2 in prostate cancer group and normal group were 42.2%, 100% and 51.1%, 20.0%, respectively. There was significant difference Between two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The loss of PTEN expression was related significantly to grade and stage of cancer (P<0.05); Bcl-2 expression was related significantly to grade of cancer, but there was no significant relationship Between Bcl-2 expression and stage of cancer. Conclusion The low expression of PTEN and the high expression of Bel-2 might be involved in the generation and devdopment and metastasis of prostate cancer. PTEN and Bcl-2 can act as two markers to the malignant degree and prognosis of the prostate cancer.
