巴戟天醇提取物的抗抑郁作用

 目的 探索巴戟天醇提物的抗抑郁作用。方法 采用大小鼠强迫性游泳和大鼠低速率差式强化程序(DRL 72 s)法。结果 在小鼠强迫性游泳模型上，po醇提物200～400 mg·kg^-1，或醇提物A 50 mg·kg^-1，与ip地昔帕明10 mg·kg^-1的作用类似，明显缩短小鼠的不动时间；同样，po 醇提物50～150 mg·kg^-1或醇提物A 25 mg·kg^-1也显著缩短大鼠强迫性游泳的不动时间，po 地昔帕明40 mg·kg^-1也有类似的效果。另外，在大鼠DRL 72 s模型上，ip醇提物100 mg·kg^-1或醇提物A 20 mg·kg^-1，显著增加大鼠的强化数，其效应与ip地昔帕明5 mg·kg^-1的相当，并显示明显的剂量依赖性。但与此同时，醇提物和醇提物A并不影响大鼠的反应数和效应比率。结论 巴戟天醇提物也同样具有抗抑郁作用。

Antidepressant effect of the ethanolic extracts of the roots of Morinda officinalis in rats and mice

OBJECTIVE To explore the antidepressant actions of the ethanolic extracts of the roots of Morinda officinalis How.METHODS The forced swimming tests in mice and rats and differential reinforcement of low rate 72 second schedule (DRL 72 s) in rats were used.RESULTS Similar to desipramine,the extracts produced significant reducation in the immobility periods in the forced swimming tests in mice and rats and elicited significant increases in reinforcers in DRL 72 s in rats.CONCLUSION These findings demonstrate that the extracts possesse antidepressant activity.
