骨转移癌不同放疗分割方法的止痛作用探讨

目的 探讨关于局部野放射治疗骨转移癌的不同分割方法的止痛效果。方法 97例患者,40例采用常规分割照射,Dr 200 cGy/次,每周5次,Dr 3600-5000 cGy;57例采用低分割照射,DT300-500 cGy/次,每周3-5次,Dr 2000-3000 cGy。结果 放疗起到了明显的止痛作用,常规分割放疗组与低分割放疗组止痛效果大致相似,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 骨转移癌的放射治疗应根据病情来决定。对一般情况好,预计生存期长的患者应积极给予全剂量的分割治疗,而对于病情相对较重、行动又不方便、预计生存期短的患者,应采取低分割照射,同样可以起到止痛作用。

Radiotherapy of bone metastases with difference fraction

Objective To study the pain relief efficacy with conventional fraction and hypofraction radiotherapy for bone metastases.Methods Of 97 patients with bone metastases,40 cases received conventional fraction :DT 200 cGy/f,5 fractions per week,DT 3600-5000 cGy.57 cases received hypofraction:DT 300-500 cGy/f,3-5 fraction per week, DT 3600-5000 cGy. Results Radiotherapy can produce a higher pain relief rate of bone metastases. Compared conventional fraction with hypofraction, no significant difference was found(P> 0.05) . Conclusion Radiotherapy of bone metastases should be determined by the patient condition. For the patients with long life span should be treated actively by conventional fraction and high doses.The patients with severe disability and pain should be treated with hypofraction.
