改良张力带固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折23例

目的:评价改良张力带固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的临床疗效。方法:对23例尺骨鹰嘴骨折采用张力带固定切开复位内固定治疗,并对肘关节功能进行评价。结果:所有病人均获随访,随访时间6~18个月(平均12个月),根据Broberg和Morrey评估标准:优20例,良3例,优良率100%。结论:改良张力带固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折是一种安全、有效的方法。

Internal fixation with improved single tension band for the treatment of unstable fracture in 23 case

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of olecranon fractures using the internal fixation with improved single tension band.Methods:To treat the 23 olecranon fractures by open reduction and internal fixation with improved single tension band and evaluate the post-operating functions of the affected-elbows.Results:All patients were followed-up,the time was 6~18 months(average was 12 months),According to the Broberg and Morrey Score System,20 case were the excellent,3 good.The excellent and the good rate were 100%.Conclusion:It is very satisfactory and effective ways for us to treat the olecranon fratures using the internal fixation with improved single tension band.
