山西焦煤集团男性下井工人艾滋病健康教育效果评价

目的评估煤矿工人艾滋病健康教育效果,探讨煤矿工人艾滋病健康教育的有效途径。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取山西焦煤集团4个煤矿的595名男性下井工人作为调查对象,实施艾滋病健康教育,干预前后分别进行问卷调查以评估干预效果。结果干预后,调查对象预防艾滋病相关知识平均正确率由51.1%（304人）上升到84.3%（502人）。对艾滋病感染者及其家庭成员持有歧视态度的比例由61.2%（364人）下降为16.3%（97人）,非婚性行为发生率由32.4%（193人）下降为11.3%（67人）,最后一次和三次性行为的安全套使用率均高于干预前（P〈0.05）。煤矿工人最希望获得信息途径为发放宣传扑克牌。结论实施艾滋病健康教育能提高煤矿工人艾滋病防治知识的掌握程度,降低危险行为的发生,减少社会歧视;贴近煤矿工人自身文化、生活和生产实际的传播方式易于接受,有利于知识的吸收和掌握。

Effect evaluation of AIDS health education among coal-miners in Shanxi coal-miners

Objective To evaluation the effect of AIDS health education among coal-miners＇ AIDS/STD, to discuss the effective methods of AIDS health education. Methods 595 male coal-miners, selected from four mines of Shanxi Coal Group by stratified random sample, were conducted health education for AIDS prevention. Questionnaires were con- ducted among the male coal-miners before and after intervention to evaluate the effect of AIDS health education. Results After intervention, the average correct rate of AIDS knowledge was increased from 51.1% to 84.3 % （ P 〈 0.05）. The percentage of discrimination attitude to people with HIV and their family member decreased from 61.2% to 16.3% （P 〈 0.05 ）. The percentage of sex with non-married partners decreased from 32.4 % to 11.3 % （ P 〈 0.05）. The condom use rate at the last time and the lately three times both were decreased （P〈0.05）. Coal-miners prefer to playing card as the methods of acquiring information. Conclusion AIDS health education played an effective role in improving knowledge, decreasing risk behavior and eliminating discrimination and stigma among coal-miners.
