| 摘 要： | 目的总结并报告我国55年的人间鼠疫发病状况和动物鼠疫疫情。方法查阅国内外有关鼠疫的书籍及各种文献报道。结果截至2008年我国存在12种类型鼠疫自然疫源地，疫源地面积为1434473．27km2；除1984年外，每年都有人间鼠疫病例的发生；每年都有动物间鼠疫的发生和流行，平均每年检出鼠疫菌400株左右。结论中国鼠疫疫情呈上升趋势，新的鼠疫疫源地不断被发现，动物间和人间鼠疫疫情正在进一步扩大，自上个世纪80年代以来，全国各省区新判定鼠疫疫源县95个。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize 55 years of epidemic situation of human plague and animal plague in China. Methods The literature on plague was reviewed. Results There were 12 types of plague natural plague loci and 1 434 473.27km2 of focus area in 2008; except for 1984, every year there occurred human plague and animal plague and 400 strains of Yersinia pestis. Conclusion Chinese plague epidemic situation has showed an escalating trend. The epidemic situations of human plague and animal plague have been constantly expanding and 95 new plague counties have been found since the 1980s. |
