阿卡波糖合用六味能消胶囊治疗餐后高血糖临床观察

为进一步增强阿卡波糖降低餐后血糖的作用 ,同时增强其对血脂和体重的改善作用 ,并降低阿卡波糖的不良反应 ,选择 74例单纯餐后高血糖的老年患者 ,分为单用阿卡波糖组和六味能消胶囊合用阿卡波糖两组 ,治疗 1个月后分别观察餐后 2 h血糖 (2 h PG)、血压、血脂分析及体重指数 (BMI)等指标的改变 ,并观察两组不良反应的差异和对肝肾功能的影响。结果发现 ,合用组对 2 h PG的改善比单用阿卡波糖组明显增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且进一步改善了阿卡波糖组改善不显著的空腹血糖 (FBG)、BMI、胆固醇 (CH)和低密度脂蛋白 (L DL- C) (均 P <0 .0 1)。合用组不良反应明显比阿卡波糖组减轻 ,其中对腹部胀气、恶心 (P <0 .0 1)以及腹痛、纳差 (P <0 .0 5 )改善显著。两组治疗前后均对肝肾功能无明显影响。认为阿卡波糖与六味能消胶囊合用不仅改善血糖、血脂、血压和体重指数的作用明显增强 ,而且可使阿卡波糖的不良反应明显减少。

EFFECT OF ACARBOSE COMBINED WITH LIUWEINENGXIAO CAPSULES ON POSTPRAN DIAL BLOOD GLUCOSE

To further enhance effects of Acarbose on reducing postprandial (PP) blood glucose level , improving body weight and lipid and lipoproteins profiles, as well as decreasing it's side effects so as to be more acceptable by patients, 74 senile patients with merely high PP blood glucose were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Control group contained 35 cases who finally finished the study were given merely 50mg Acarbose three times daily each meal, and 37 cases in treatment group received additionally Tibetan Liuwei Nengxiao capsules, one pill thrice daily for one month same as the control group. In consequence,more significant reduction on PP blood glucose level (P<0.05), fasting blood glucose (FBG) ,BMI, total cholesterol (CH) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C) (all P<0.01) in the treatment group was found than those in the control group. Furthermore, side effect symptoms especially meteorism,nausea (P<0.01) and abdominalgia as well as anorexia (P<0.05) were comparatively significactly decreased in the treatment group.All results indicated that Acarbose combined with Liuwei Nengxiao capsules can not only enhance improvement on blood glucose, lipid profiles, blood pressure and body mass, but also obviously decrease side effects of Acarbose,and should be more studied and applied.
