血清磷水平与维持性血液透析患者并发脑出血的相关性探讨

Association between serum phosphorus levels and cerebral hemorrhage in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum phosphorus levels and cerebral hemorrhage in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis .Methods A total of 30 cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were analyzed(observation group) in our hospital from May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2017. At the same time 30 patients without cerebral hemorrhage were investigated(control group). The levels of serum phosphorus , albumin, platelet count, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and mean arterial pressure between two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of serum phosphorus, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and mean arterial pressure in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The levels of albumin and platelet count in observation group were significantlylower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Higher serum phosphate levels were associated with an increased risk of cerebral hemorrhage. These results suggest the importance of managing serum phosphate levels within an appropriate range in hemodialysis patients.
