摘    要:正维持性血液透析是慢性肾脏病患者的重要替代治疗方法,脑出血是维持性血液透析患者的常见并发症,有较高的致死率和致残率,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文探讨维持性血液透析患者的血清磷水平与其并发脑出血的相关性,为临床诊疗提供帮助。资料与方法一般资料选取2014年5月1日~2017年4月30日在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院接受维持性血液透析的慢性肾脏病患者60例,根据是否发生

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum phosphorus levels and cerebral hemorrhage in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis .Methods A total of 30 cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were analyzed(observation group) in our hospital from May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2017. At the same time 30 patients without cerebral hemorrhage were investigated(control group). The levels of serum phosphorus , albumin, platelet count, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and mean arterial pressure between two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of serum phosphorus, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and mean arterial pressure in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The levels of albumin and platelet count in observation group were significantlylower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Higher serum phosphate levels were associated with an increased risk of cerebral hemorrhage. These results suggest the importance of managing serum phosphate levels within an appropriate range in hemodialysis patients.
