16年新生儿感染性疾病513例分析

目的：了解１６年来本地区新生儿感染性疾病的发病情况。方法：用回顾性分析法对本院１６年来的住院新生儿感染性疾病进行逐一分析。结果：新生儿感染性疾病５１３例，占儿科住院总数的２．９％，占新生儿住院总数的６５．９％，发病率节夏季最高达１／３，春季最低为１／５。

Clinical analysis of 513 cases of neonatal infectious disease in 16 years

For the understand pathogenetic circumstances of the neonatal infections disease in this area in past 16 years.Methods:Used the analysis of review nethods to analysis all the inpatient of the neonatal infectins disease one by one in this hopsital. Result:Neonatal infectious diseases total 513 cases,make up 2.5% of the total pediatric inpatients,account for 65.9% of the total neonaltal inpatients.In the summer,morbility was highest, almost reach 1/3.In the spring,morbility was lowest-only 1/5.The kind of diseases distributed as follows:The bronchopneumonia 215 cases(41.9%),the omphalitis 114 cases(22.2%),all kinds of the septicemia 77 cases(15.1%),all kinds of the enteritis 42 cases(8.2%),the bronchitis 29 cases (5.7%),all kinds of the stomatolossitis 17 cases (3.3%),the placental transmission syphilis 12 cases (2.2%), the pyogenic meningitis 6 cases (1.2%),and the dermatitis 1 case (0.2%).Curative effect:The convalesence 320 cases(62.4%),better 105 cases (20.5%),worsen 45 cases(8.8%),death 43 cases (8.3%),among these death patients,brochopneumoina make up 12 cases, all kinds of septicemia account for 7 caes.) Conclusion:The morbility of the bronchopneumonia still occupy the first place, the second was the omphalitis,the third was the all kinds of the septicemia. Among the death causes,bronchopneumonia also occupy the first place.Confront the neonatal infections diseases,as far as possible obtain pathogeny diagnosis,have a good grasp selected and applied of the antibiotics.
