| 摘 要： | 目的：了解分析临床实习对护生专业态度的影响。方法：采用问卷调查法对经过近一年临床实习的140名护生自身专业态度及临床带教老师对其专业态度、未来工作期望值的影响进行调查。结果：（1）多数护生的专业态度是积极的、肯定的。（2）临床带教老师对护生专业态度的影响不容忽视。结论：临床实习对护生专业态度的主要影响是积极的，提高临床带教老师的敬业、爱岗意识和责任心对巩固护生专业思想，稳定护理队伍有着不容忽视的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the effect of speciality attitude for student nurse on clinical practice.Methods:140 Student nurses and their clinical teacher were investigated by questionnaire for their speciality attitude and job in future.Results:(1)Most student nurse has positive and correct speciality attitude for their speciality. (2)The clinical teachers has an important effect on speciality attitude for student nurse.Conclusion:The main effect of clinical practice on speciality attitude for student nurse is positive.It is inportant to improve clinical teacher's professional dedication and their sense of duty. |
