摘    要:目的研究凋亡诱导因子Fas基因与正常妇女月经周期性变化的关系。方法用免疫组化ABC法检测了40例正常月经周期各时限子宫内膜组织中Fas基因蛋白的表达情况。结果Fas基因蛋白在增生期子宫内膜中的表达评分(149.20±87.80)明显低于分泌期子宫内膜中Fas蛋白的表达评分(251.80±63.70);Fas蛋白在增生早期子宫内膜中表达评分(210.00±52.90)明显高于增生晚期子宫内膜中的表达评分(99.50±79.80),P<0.01;Fas蛋白在分泌早期子宫内膜中表达评分(260.60±66.80)与分泌晚期子宫内膜表达评分(244.50±63.40)相差无显著性,P>0.05。结论Fas基因蛋白的表达可能参与了子宫内膜的周期性变化,并参与月经周期的形成。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Fas and the periodic changes of normal menstrual cycle. Methods Fas expression in 40 cases of normal endometrium during menstrual cycle was determined with immunohistochemical methods (ABC). Results Fas expression score in proliferative endometrium (149.20±87.80) was lower than that in secretory endometrium (251.80±63.70); fas expression score in early proliferative endometriun (210.00±52.90) was obviously higher than that in the late proliferative endometrium (99.50±79.80). The score in early secrctory endometrium (260.00±66.80) was not significantly than that in late secretory endometriu (244.50±64.40) (P>0.05). Conclusion Fas expression plays an important role in the apoptosis of the normal endometrium during the menstrual cycle.
