食管癌同步放化疗临床研究进展

食管癌目前治疗仍以手术治疗为首选,但放疗和化疗在食管癌的综合治疗中亦具有重要的地位。放、化疗同期联合应用可能存在协同作用,且化疗对远处转移的疗效可弥补放疗局部作用的局限,由此便产生了同期放化疗治疗食管癌的模式。新的化疗药物及靶向治疗药物为食管癌的综合治疗提供了新的选择,但是否为生存带来获益及毒性是否可耐受,仍需进一步的临床研究证实。

Research Progress of Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Esophageal Carcinoma

Surgery is still the chief choice of esophageal carcinoma treatment,in which radiotherapy and chemotherapy also play an important role.In the combined application of chemotherapy and radiotherapy,there may be a synergistic effect,and the effect of chemotherapy on distant metastasis can compensate for the limited localized role of radiotherapy,which generated the combined treatment model for esophageal carcinoma.New chemotherapy drugs and targeted therapy drugs have brought new choices for complex treatment of esophageal cancer,but whether it can bring benefit to survival and the toxicity tolerance still require further clinical studies.Here reviews the recent progress of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
