| 摘 要： | 急性肺栓塞(APE)是世界上误诊率和病死率较高的疾病之一,对人类的健康造成了严重的威胁。研究指出,对于APE的早期发现、危险分层、制订对应治疗决策能够显著提高患者的生存率,改善患者的预后。近年来研究发现,APE患者的右心室功能可用于危险分层的评估。目前用于检查APE患者右心室功能不全的方法及指标较多,在影像学、实验室检查等研究领域都取得了不少进展。

| Abstract: | Acute pulmonary embolism(APE) is one of the diseases with misdiagnosis rate and mortality in the world,which causes a serious threat to the human health.The study pointed out that the early detection of disease and risk stratification to develop corresponding treatment decisions can significantly improve the survival rate of the patients,and improve the prognosis.Recent studies found that the right ventricular function can be used for the assessment of risk stratification.There are a lot of methods and indicators used to check right ventricular dysfunction of APE patients,and considerable progress has been made in imaging and laboratory tests. |
