妊娠期高血压疾病病因相关因子研究概况

妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)是孕产妇和围生儿发病及死亡的主要原因之一,容易造成不良围生结局。其病因至今尚未阐明,众多学者从多方面寻找原因,包括免疫系统的抗原异常反应结果、HDCP发病的遗传基因位点、胎盘或滋养细胞缺血缺氧导致一系列的病理生理改变、氧化应激引起的变化、某些营养成分的缺乏导致妊娠过程的异常等。该文主要探讨与研究较多的相关基因与因子的成果,为以后HDCP的病因研究提供思路。

Research Status of Etiological Factors of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP) is among the leading causes of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality.However,the etiology of HDCP remains largely unknown and is the subject of debate.The current studies have demonstrated that numerous factors play important roles in HDCP,including the aberrant antigen reaction results of immune system,the mutation of genetic loci for HDCP,a series of pathophysiological changes caused by hypoxia ischemia of the placenta or trophoblastic cell,the changes induced by oxidative stress,and the abnormal pregnancy caused by some nutrients deficiency.This review focuses on associated genes and factors of HDCP which is the research highlight in the recent years and provides ideas for the studying of HDCP etiology.
