食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血非手术治疗的经验探讨

目的探讨食管-胃底静脉曲张出血行非手术治疗的方法和注意事项。方法对2009年1月至2012年1月宝应县人民医院收治的40例食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的治疗情况进行总结,统计患者6、12、24、48、72 h的止血率。结果 40例患者中2例因72 h后再次出血转外科手术治疗,1例发生肝性脑病死亡。38例患者在6 h内止血成功率达52.5%,12 h内止血成功率达77.5%,24 h内止血成功率达80.5%,48 h内止血成功率达90.5%,72 h内止血成功率高达92.5%。结论非手术治疗胃底食管静脉曲张疗效肯定、再出血率低,仍是目前积极有效的治疗方法。

The Discussion of Non-operative Therapeutic Method for Esophageal-Gastric Variceal Bleeding

Objective To discuss the non-operative theratpeutic methods and notices for esophagealgastric variceal bleeding.Methods The relevant experience of treating 40 cases of esophageal-gastric variceal bleedingwith non-operative treatment methods from the People's Hospital of Baoying from Jan.2009 to Jan.2012 were summarized.Statistics of 6,12,24,48,72 h hemostasis rate in patients were recorded.Results Among the 40 cases,2 cases were turned to surgical treatment for bleeding again after 72 h,1 case died of hepatic encephalopathy.The success rate of stanching of 38 patients within 6 h was 52.5%,within 12 h was 77.5%,within 24 h was 80.5%,within 48 h was 90.5%,within 72 h was 92.5%,Conclusion Non-operative therapeutic method for esophageal-gastric variceal bleeding is effective with low rebleeding rate,which is still an active and effective treatment at present.
