湖北省村卫生室信息化水平评价指标体系研究

目的:构建适用于湖北省村卫生室的信息化水平评价模型和指标体系。方法:应用文献分析法和专题小组讨论法构建评价模型和初始指标库,运用专家咨询法筛选指标并确定评价方法。结果:构建了以硬件设施建设、信息系统功能与应用、信息交换与共享、管理制度与措施和村医信息化能力为核心维度的村卫生室信息化水平评价模型及指标体系。结论:构建的指标体系层次分明,指标可信度高,评价方法合理,具备良好的可操作性。

Study on Evaluation of Index System of the Level of Informatization in Village Clinic, Hubei

Objective：to Build evaluation model and index system that suit for the level of information of village health clinic in Hubei. Methods：Literature analysis method and focus group discussion method are used to establish evaluation model and initial index system. Expert consultation method is used to select indicators and determine the method of evaluation. Results：The evaluation.model and index system of hard ware facilities,function and application of information systems,information exchange and sharing,management systems and measures and informa tion technology capabilities of doctors in village health clinic were set up. Conclusions：The index system ha~a clear hierarchical structure, the in dicators of high reliability and reasonable methods of evaluation,which can work as an effective tool for training effect evaluation.
