福建省医疗保险人员现状与人才培养探讨

摘    要:目的:调查福建省医疗保险从业人员性别、年龄、学历、专业、继续教育需求等现状,总结分析存在的问题并提出对策与建议。方法:运用问卷调查方法对2011年福建省医疗保险管理系统从业人员现状进行调查并统计分析。结果:福建省医疗保险管理系统从业人员中高学历人才紧缺,从业背景复杂,激励机制缺失,继续教育机制不完善。结论:高校探索开设劳动与社会保障(医疗保险方向)或卫生事业管理(医疗保险方向)本科专业,采取校校合作与订单式方法进行专业人才培养,努力促进福建省医疗保险人员队伍的可持续发展。

Exploration of the Status and Talent Training of Medical Insurance Workforce in Fujian

Abstract:Objectives: To investigate the gender, age, degree, professional background and continuing education requirements of Fujian's medical insurance staff, analyze the existing problems and then put forward the suggestions. Methods:Make a survey, statistics and analysis on the in service staff of the medical insurance trainees in Fujian province in 2011. Results:Among the medical insurance staff, those highly educated talents are in short supply. Their educational background is diverse. The incentive mechanism and the continuing education mechanismare imper fect. Conclusion:In order to promote the sustainable development of the Fujian Province's medical insurance professionals,some colleges can ex plore opening the Public Health Administration (Medical insurance direction) or Health Care Management (Medical insurance direction) by the School Cooperation and Order Type to train the medical insurance professionals.
