放射治疗(放疗)是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一,对肿瘤细胞具有细胞毒作用,但放疗在对肿瘤细胞杀伤的同时,对患者的免疫系统也有一定的影响。树突细胞是目前已知最强的抗原呈递细胞,参与肿瘤免疫的数个关键环节,对打破体内的免疫抑制状态、诱导肿瘤细胞特异性免疫反应发挥着重要作用。放疗与免疫治疗联合应用具有强大的协同作用。该文就放疗和树突细胞对肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响、放疗联合树突细胞治疗肿瘤的研究与应用状况等予以综述。

Progress in Radiotherapy Combined with Dendritic Cell-based Immunotherapy for Cancer

Radiation therapy is one of the primary treatments of cancer,which kills the tumor cells with cytotoxicity,but affects the patient's immune function to a certain extent.Dendritic cell is the most powerful antigen-presenting cell in human body known so far,involved in a number of key processes of tumor immune,which plays an important role in the tumor-specific immunity and breaking in vivo immunosuppressive condition.Radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy has a strong synergy effect.Here is to make a review of the influence on patients' immune function,research and application of radiotherapy combined with dendritic cell-based immunotherapy of tumor.
