| 摘 要： | 白细胞介素(IL)17/辅助性T细胞(Th)17是近年来被发现并认识的。Th17细胞是CD4+T细胞亚群之一,而IL-17则主要是由其分泌产生的。IL-17/Th17细胞在多种疾病的发病机制中起着至关重要的作用,包括在感染性疾病领域中,如细菌及真菌感染性疾病、寄生虫感染性疾病,特别是在乙型肝炎发病机制的研究中成为了近年来的研究热点。该文就IL-17/Th17细胞结构、功能及其与相关感染性疾病关系的研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | IL-17/Th17 cells were discovered and known in recent years.Th17 cells are one of the CD4+T cell subsets,mainly by which IL-17 is secreted.IL-17/Th17 cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of many kinds of disease,including infectious diseases,such as bacteria and fungi infectious disease,parasites infectious disease.Especially it has become a hotspot of the study in hepatitis B pathogenesis in recentyears.Here is to make a review of research progress in IL-17 / Th17 cell structure and function,and its relationship with the related infectious diseases. |
