| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一份自行设计的软件。该软件使用通用微机(IBM—PC)对patch clamp实验结果进行采样和自动分析。本文对于软件的基本内容和设计思想做了简要介绍。于说明数据分析在patch clamp实验中的重要性的同时,可以看出开发该项工作的实用意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the programs,which were named patch clamp analysis system version 1.0, designed in pur lab. The programs performed on the IBM-PC consist of the acquisition and automatic analysis of the data got from the patch clamp experiments.The designed principle and construction of the programs are briefly described in this paper. As interpreting the Importance of Computing analysis in the patch clamp experiments, the substantial benefit on the development of this project has also been discussed. |
