超声检测颈动脉形态改变在预测冠心病中的价值

摘    要:目的利用高频超声研究颈动脉形态改变与冠心病的关系。方法对162例连续冠状动脉造影受检者利用高频超声进行颈动脉内中膜厚度及斑块检查,并与冠状动脉造影结果进行相关性分析。结果冠心病组CCA的IMT增厚、不稳定性斑块的发生率及粥样硬化斑块的发生率明显高于对照组,尤以多支病变组显著(P〈0.01)。病变血管发生频率最高是左冠状动脉前降支血管。结论颈动脉的内中膜增厚和粥样硬化斑块对冠心病预测具有临床意义,颈动脉粥样硬化可以作为预测冠状动脉粥样硬化发生的间接指标和窗口。

Ultrasound detection of carotid structure for prediction of coronary artery disease

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the relationship between carotid structure and coronary artery disease (CAD) by high frequency ultrasound. Methods Carotid intima - media thickness (CCA) and plaque were examined in 162 consecutive patients who received coronary angiography; the relativity of results of two examinations was analyzed. Results The IMT, unstable carotid plaque and plaque progressively increased with the extent of CAD. The IMT and plaque of patients with multiple diseased branches was highest than with one ( P 〈 0.01 ). The left anterior descending branch of coronary artery of all cases was highest lesion artery. Conclusions CCA and plaque have some clinical significance for CAD predicting, and carotid atherosclerosis can be a surrogate and window for studying the occurrence, progression of coronary atherosclerosis.
