酵母重组乙型肝炎疫苗在中小学生中接种效果评价

[目的]评价中小学生大规模乙型肝疫苗中效果。[方法]随机选取未实行乙型肝炎疫苗计划免疫管理的6－18岁中小学生1829名，采用血清流行病学方法观察大规模酵母重组乙型肝炎疫苗接种效果。[结果]对HBsAg，抗－HBs和抗－HBc全阴性者，接种疫苗1a后，抗－HBs阳性率为70．55％，HBsAg和抗－HBc阳性率分别为0．56％和1．96％，该人群接种前HBVM（乙肝病毒标志物）阳性率为63．31％，接种后为85．51％，抗－HBs阳性率在接种后1a无明显变化.[结论]酵母重组乙型肝炎疫苗大规模接种后，在中小学生中形成了乙型肝炎高保护性，低感染状态。酵母重组乙型肝炎疫苗大规模接种的影响因素值得进一步探讨。

Evaluation on the Effect of Yeast Recombinative Hepatitis B Vaccination on Students

[Objective]To evaluate the effect of a large - scaled inoculation of hepatitis vaccination on students. [Method] A total of 1829 students who hadn t inoculated were randomly selected and were inoculated. Using seroepidemiological method to examine the effect of yeast recombinative Hepatitis B Vaccination. [Result] Among the examined people who had been negative for HBsAG, anti - HBs and anti -HBc,70.55% of them became positive for HBs, 0.56% for HBsAG and 1.96% for - HBc after being inoculated for one year. Before inoculation, among those tested people, 63 .31 % of them were positive for HBVM, while after inoculation 85.51% . But no change have been observed for the positive rate of - HBs. [Conclusion]The large - scaled inoculation of hepatitis vaccination on students has made a high protection against HVB among the students. Further research should be made on this subject.
