阿片类物质依赖者常见并发躯体疾病调查——附2583例分析

目的:了解阿片类物质依赖者并发躯体疾病的患病情况及常见并发症种类。方法:对2583例阿片类物质依赖者躯体并发症进行调查,采用统一诊断标准,按ICD-9疾病名称归类整理统计。结果:调查统计33种躯体并发疾病,分为8大类,患病者有1768例,占调查人数的68.45％。排前4位的是损伤837例,占32.40％;呼吸系统疾病686例,占26.56％;消化系统疾病470例,占18.20％;泌尿生殖系统疾病356例,占13.78％。结论:阿片类物质依赖者躯体并发疾病多,提示临床治疗应注意预防和积极处理。

SOMATIC COMPLICATIONS OF OPIO1DS ADDICTS－AN ANALYSIS OF 2583 CASES

Objective: To investigate the morbidity of somatic complications in opioid addicts. Methods: Ananalysis was carried out in 2583 opioids addicts. Somatic complications were diagnosed with stand ard methods and classified according to ICD - 9. Results: Among the 2583 cases, 1768 of them had somatic complications, winch were classified into 8 categories. The total morbidity of somatic complications was 68.45% . The first four categories were: injury (32.40%), respiratory system diseases (26.56%), alimentary system diseases (18.20% ), urinary and reproductive system diseases (13.78% ) . Conclusion: Somatic complications are very common among opioid addicts. Attention should be paid in clinical practices.
