帕罗西汀联合小剂量劳拉西泮治疗躯体及非躯体疾病性抑郁及焦虑的研究

目的:探讨帕罗西汀联合小剂量罗拉治疗躯体疾病及非躯体疾病性抑郁及焦虑的临床效果。方法:将111例综合医院焦虑抑郁(HAD)评分>7分,汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分>12分,汉密顿焦虑量表评分(HAMA)>10分的患者,根据是否含有神经系统躯体疾病,分为躯体疾病组和非躯体疾病组;用帕罗西汀和小剂量罗拉治疗,于治疗后1、2、4、8周及3、6月时分别对两组患者以HAMD、HAMA、SDS、SAS评分,评价临床效果。结果:治疗1周后两组患者的焦虑抑郁症状均得到改善,峰作用时间为第4、8周;治疗3月后临床效果在两组患者中均趋于平稳;治疗后的各观察时点,两组间的各种评分无明显差别;不良反应在治疗2周后逐渐减少。结论:帕罗西汀联合小剂量罗拉对躯体及非躯体疾病性抑郁及焦虑均有明显的治疗作用;小剂量罗拉可明显增强帕罗西汀的治疗作用,而不会明显增加不良作用。

Study on the united treatment with paroxetine and lower lora for anxiety depression with and without neurological disease

Objective: To approach the clinical effects and side effects of the united treatment with paroxetine and lower lora for anxiety depression with and without neurological diseases. Methods: According to whether they have neurological diseases ,111 patients who accord with 7 scores with Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale (HAD), 10 scores with Hamilton Anxiety scale (HAMA), 12 scores with Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD), were divided into two groups: systemic and no-systemic anxiety depression .Using paroxetine and lower lora (0.5mg-1.5mg/d) treatment, evaluating effects in two groups with HAMD、HAMA、SDS、SAS respectively at 1st, 2nd, 4th,8th week and 3rd, 6th month. Results: Anxiety depression in all patients has improved within 1st week, the most obvious effects were at 4th, 8th week; clinical effects were changeless in two groups after 3 months. In every point, all kinds of scores had no significant difference in two groups. Side effects gradually reduced after 2 weeks. Conclusion: paroxetine and lower lora had evident effects on physical and non-physical anxiety depression; lower lora could enhance effects of paroxetine, but couldn't add its adverse effects.
