| 摘 要： | 弱视的发生、发展与视觉发育可塑性关键期密切相关，而形觉剥夺所致视皮层功能异常引起的弱视最严重，错过一定治疗时机将很难治愈。近年来关于双眼形觉剥夺对视皮层可塑性机制影响的研究为成年弱视治疗提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | The onset and development of the amblyopia is related to the critical period of the visual cortex plasticity, while the form deprivation amblyopia is the most serious. Amblyopia of elder children and adults can not be cured if the best timing is missed. Recent researches on the mechanisms of visual cortical plasticity and binocular form deprivation have given a hint for adult amblyopia treatment. |
