次声刺激诱导大鼠听中枢Fos蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的探讨次声对大鼠听中枢的作用机理。方法将大鼠暴露于8Hz,120dB的次声,2h/d,作用1d、7d、14d,应用免疫组织化学ABC法。结果三个实验组听中枢各部位(耳蜗核、下丘、内侧膝状体、听皮质)Fos蛋白表达均比对照组明显增多,且7d、14d组Fos蛋白表达与1d相比有所减少。结论120dB的次声能激活大鼠听中枢的神经元,而大鼠对重复次声的作用能产生适应性。

Infrasonic Stimulation on Fos Protein Expression of Central Auditory Pathways
Abstract:Objective To clarify the effects of infrasound on the central auditory pathways.Methods After exposed to infrasonic stimulation(8 Hz,120 dB)2 h/d for 1day,7days and 14 days,rats were sacrificed and Fos immunohistochemistry was processed.Results All three experimental groups showed significant increase of Fos protein in the cochlear nucleus,the inferior colliculus,the medial geniculate nucleus and the primary auditory cortex.Compared with the Fos expression as exposed only once,the repeated exposure resulted in obvious abrogation of Fos expression.Conclusion These results indicated that rats could adapt to the stimulation of infrasound on the repeated stimulus.
