成立糖尿病护理小组前后糖尿病患者护理效果差异比较

目的 探讨与比较成立糖尿病护理小组前后糖尿病患者护理效果的差异.方法 选取我院2013年1月至2014年12月收治的120例糖尿病患者,将成立糖尿病护理小组前(2013年1月至2013年12月)收治的60例糖尿病患者作为对照组,将成立糖尿病护理小组后(2014年1月至2014年12月)收治的60例糖尿病患者作为研究组,观察并对比两组患者治疗依从性、护理查房质量达标率及对护理工作的满意度.结果 研究组患者治疗依从性、护理查房质量达标率各项数据均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患者对护理工作的满意率为96.7％,对照组为80.0％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 成立糖尿病护理小组可提高护理效果,改善患者治疗依从性,提高护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用.

Nursing care effect before versus after founding diabetes nursing group on diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the nursing care effect before versus after founding diabetes nursing group on diabetes patients.Methods 120 diabetes patients treated at our hospital from January, 2013 to December, 2014 were selected.Among which, 60 patients treated before founding diabetes nursing group (from January to December, 2013) were set as a control group and the other 60 after (from January to December, 2014) a study group.The treatment compliance, the rates of reaching to quality standard in nursing rounds, and the satisfaction degree of nursing work were compared between these two groups.Results The treatment compliance and the rates of reaching to quality standard in nursing rounds were obviously better in the study group than in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing work was 96.7％ in the study group and was 80.0％ in the control group, with a statistical difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Founding diabetes nursing group can improve nursing care effect, the patients' treatment compliance, and nursing quality and increase the satisfaction degree of nursing work and is worth being generalized.
