食管鳞癌FHIT蛋白表达的免疫组化分析

摘    要:目的 FHIT基因是食管鳞癌候选肿瘤抑制基因,本研究旨在探讨FHIT蛋白在食管鳞癌中的变化。方法 用免疫组化SABC法分析了65例食管鳞癌及对应癌旁组织FHIT蛋白表达。结果 FHIT蛋白在食管癌和癌旁的表达并无显著差异。结论 食管癌中FHIT癌蛋白表达的变化与基因改变的变化并非一致。一部分食管癌FHIT基因表达降调则可能要归因于表遗传机制。

Abstract:Objective FHIT gene might be one of the candidate tumor suppressor genes in esophageal cancer.The study is to investigate the alteration of FHIT protein in the development of esophageal carcinomas.Methods The expression of FHIT protein in 65 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas(ESCC) and its corresponding adjacent tissue were detected by immunohistochemical StreptAvidin-Biotin Complex(SABC) stain.Results No significant difference of the expression of FHIT protein was found in ESCC and its corresponding adjacent tissue.Conclusion The alteration of FHIT protein in ESCC was not necessary coincident with FHIT gene change in genomic level.Epigenetic mechanism might be associated with reduced expression of FHIT in a part cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.
