| 摘 要： | 目的:评价99mTc-MIBI门控心肌断层显像(GMPT)测量左心室射血分数(LVEF)与超声心动图的相关性。方法:175例确诊和疑诊冠心病(CAD)的患者同时进行静息GMPT和超声心动图检查,分别计算无心肌梗死和心肌梗死两组患者GMPT与超声心动图测量LVEF的相关系数。结果:无心肌梗死和心肌梗死组GMPT和超声心动图测量LVEF值均呈正相关(r=0.62,r=0.84)。结论:GMPT测量LVEF与超声心动图有较好的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the correlation of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) between gated myocardial ~(99m)Tc-MIBI perfusion tomography(GMPT) and echocar-(diography.)(Methods:)GMPT and echocardiography were respectively performed in 175 patients with suspected or known coronary artery disease(CAD).LVEF correlation coefficients of non-infarct and infarct patients with GMPT and echocardiography were computed.Results:LVEF values with GMPT of non-infarct and infarct group and those with echocardiography showed good positive correlation(r=0.68,r=0.84,respectively,P< 0.05).Conclusion:Good correlation of LVEF was shown between GMPT and echocardiography. |
