| 摘 要： | 目的:了解糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床特点,减少以腹痛为首发症状的糖尿病酮症酸中毒误诊率,提高对糖尿病酮症酸中毒诊断及治疗的认识.方法:根据205例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床诊治资料,分析以腹痛为首发症状的糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床特点.结果:本组共13例(6.34％)以腹痛为首发症状的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者被误诊.结论:以腹痛为首发症状的糖尿病酮症酸中毒病情严重,易引起漏诊、误诊,临床上应注意.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical characteristic of diabetic ketoacidosis,in order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of diabetic ketoacidosis with abdominal pain as the first symptom and improve the recognition of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods: Analyzing clinical data of 205 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis patients with abdominal pain as the first symptom.Result: 13 cases(6.34%) in the group with abdominal pain as initial symptom of diabetic ketoacidosis were misdiagnosed.Conclusion: Due to easy misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,patients with abdominal pain as initial symptom of diabetic ketoacidosis are in serious condition,and should be paid more attention to the clinical diagnosis. |
