| 摘 要： | 目的建立苦丁茶含片的熊果酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为C18。柱，流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（90：10：0．03），流速为0．5mL／min，检测波长为220nm。结果熊果酸进样量在0．426-4．26μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。r=0.9998，平均回收率为97．56％，RSD为0．62％（n=9）。结论HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好。适用于苦丁茶含片的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for determining the content of ursolic acid in Kudingcha Tablet. Methods The C18 column with methanol-water-phosphorous acid （90：10：0. 03） as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 220 nm. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0.426-4.26 μg for the ursolic acid （r =0. 999 8）. The average recovery rate was 97. 56% and the RSD was 0.62% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Kudingcha Tablet. |
